What is Moxie Lab?

We offer leadership coaching, workshops and retreats to emerging and established leaders.

Moxie Lab is a new take on leadership that asks us to question what we define as leadership strength, and to challenge what it means to be a leader in our society today. The leadership program encourages participants to ask themselves what their vision is for their lives, and whether their conduct, community and profession reflect that vision. Through specific exercises, Moxie Lab guides participants to use their own internal resources to answer these questions to build a more authentic leadership style, rather than relying on outdated leadership techniques.

Through a research-based curriculum, participants are guided through a process to create their own unique leadership vision and are further supported by giving them a new leadership network to meet with other leaders to share in that voyage.

As the principal facilitator, Maija West brings the participants to a clear understanding of their own unique leadership vision, and then advises them through the legal and business operational strategies to make their vision a tangible reality.
